VSD System
A VSD (Variable Speed Drive) is an electrical device that regulates the load by changing the speed of a motor. Its core function is to control the motor speed by adjusting the frequency and voltage input to the motor. VSDs are also known as variable frequency drives (VFDs) or variable speed drives; these three terms are essentially different names for the same type of device.
1. Functional Features
Energy saving: Dynamically adjust the speed according to load demand to avoid energy waste (e.g., air compressor energy saving can reach 35%).
Control: Supports closed-loop feedback control to achieve high-precision speed and torque regulation.
Environmental adaptability: Suitable for harsh industrial environments, some products have a protection level of IP66.
